...and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God."
& My NEW Challenge is....teaching my primary class in EspaƱol! Last Sunday, I taught my first class. I have the 4-7 year olds. And can I just say, they really are ADORAble! And so so Smart! The whole week before my big teaching day, I continued to put off my preparation for my lesson. The spanish was Freaking me out. I did think about pretending sick. HAha. Not really, but I was pretty nervous. Late Saturday night, I decided to get my buns into gear and start preparing. How GRATEFUL I am for our amazing church and it´s organization skills. Everything was maped out so clearly in my teaching manual and I was able to find the english-version online at lds.org to help me with the spanish. And of course, if it wasn´t for my Wonderful Handsomest husband, I couldn´t have done it without him. He really helped me a lot and stayed very patient with me as I asked him (probably every minute), "Hunny how do you say...". Haha and he really is wonderful. :) He even came to my class with me incase I needed him. And actually, I feel it turned out Great! I had to read the words off my paper most of the time, but the kids are so smart and participated well. Since I am just the substitute teacher, I thought I would have atleast a few weeks off-duty, but as it turns out...I will also be teaching lesson #5 this Sunday. I haven´t started my preparation yet...BUT promise to start Tomorrow!
